In the Katsambas area, 5 kilometers away from the port of Kamariotissa, before getting to Paleopoli, there's a narrow stretch of pebbles and stones similar to all the northern beaches in Samothraki.
The section of the beach belonging to the Kymata Guesthouse (meaning "waves" in Greek) is organized and sunbeds, umbrellas and a few kayaks are available. Although the shore is covered in pebbles and stones, the owner brings in sand every year. The guesthouse has a generous parking lot, a taverna by the beach and also a playground.
Sunbeds can sometimes be found nearby, in front of the Hotel Samothraki Village.
